Refund, shipping and terms policies for Matrx

Refund & returns policy

We want you to be happy with your Matrx Accessory. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

Standard Accessories — 30-day change of mind. If you change your mind, you can return an unused standard accessory in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Custom Accessories — made to order. Custom accessories are made to the exact make, model and year you provide, so they can’t be returned for change of mind. Please double-check your vehicle details at checkout.

Faulty, damaged or wrong fit. If your accessory arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the fit you ordered, we’ll remake it or refund it — including for custom accessories. Please contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Your Consumer Law rights. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

How to start a return. Email matryxindustries@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving the item.

Shipping policy

All orders are designed and shipped from Australia. All prices are in AUD and include GST.Dispatch times. Standard accessories ship within [1–2] business days. Custom accessories are made to order and dispatch within [5–7] business days.

Delivery times. Once shipped, most orders arrive within [2–6] business days depending on your state and location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates. Free standard shipping on orders over $99. A flat rate of [$9.95] applies to orders under $99. Express options may be available at checkout where offered.

Tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship Australia-wide. [If you are wanting international shipping, note the place of where you would like your accessory shipped to.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us at matryxindustries@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help track it down.

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Matrx store and your purchases. By placing an order you agree to them. Matrx is operated by [Matryx Industries / 58 306 256 349.

Products and pricing. We sell custom and standard accessories for vehicles. Prices are in AUD and include GST. We try to keep product details and prices accurate but may correct errors and change prices at any time before you order.

Custom orders. Custom accessories are made to the make, model and year you provide. You’re responsible for the accuracy of those details; mats made correctly to the details supplied can’t be returned for change of mind (see our Refund & returns policy).

Orders and acceptance. Y ur order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you’re authorised to use the payment method.

Returns. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & returns policy, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property. The Matrx name, logo, content and store design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer

Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it or refunding its price, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on
