TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of the Matrx store and your purchases. By placing an order you agree to them. Matrx is operated by [Matryx Industries / 58 306 256 349].

1. Products and pricing
We sell custom and standard dash mats for vehicles. Prices are in AUD and include GST. We try to keep product details and prices accurate but may correct errors and change prices at any time before you order.

2. Custom orders
Custom mats are made to the make, model and year you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details. Mats made correctly to the details supplied cannot be returned for change of mind (see our Returns & Warranty policy).

3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our Returns & Warranty policy, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

6. Intellectual property
The Matrx name, logo, content and store design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it or refunding its price, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
